QUALITY CONTROL

Tri-M Maintenance, Inc. utilizes a Quality Control Program that ensures that our service continuously meets your expectations week after week. The combination of random job inspections and regular contact with you, our customer will make certain that the highest quality service is provided to you every clean.

1. Field Supervisors - A permanent full time employee will coordinate work schedules and inspect the facility during and/or after work hours. He/she will meet with your representative to ensure the services are being performed according to the specifications.

2. Supervisors - each job site will be provided with an on site, English speaking supervisor. The supervisor's responsibility will be to oversee and aid the staff to assure you of a high quality cleaning job.

3. Staff - each staff member will be uniformed and thoroughly trained in every aspect of cleaning, from equipment to the use of chemicals.

We maintain a thoroughly trained personnel staff, ready to respond to any emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all holidays.
